I have had an amazing experience working with Jill and participating in her online fitness classes! I feel like I’m in better shape now than before the pandemic when I was actually going to a gym! Jill is so welcoming and her classes are great for everyone. She always offers modifications so you can work at your own level, whether it’s increasing or decreasing intensity. It was hard to get used to exercising at home, but I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to a gym. Jill’s classes are so effective and fun and I love the flexibility she offers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Jill’s virtual chair exercises have literally gotten us through COVID. With most of our normal activities closed, I shudder to think how little we would have moved during these last 18 months, especially through the winter! We participated in the chair classes three mornings a week at 9 a.m. with lots of time to get up, have coffee and get ready! My name is John Deeley. I am almost 71 years of age and have been physically challenged since birth. I have been attending Jill’s virtual classes for the past year and a half. As I am seated most of the day, these classes have been ideal for me. However, they work equally well for those who are able to and prefer to do them standing. On a personal note, Jill is a very warm and caring person as well as a talented instructor. Her classes have given me a reason to get out of bed in the morning at a reasonable time and to stay active. I know that getting through the pandemic would have been a much darker place without her.
