This 45 to 60-minute class is suitable for anyone who wants to burn mega calories and build strength. It is a fast-paced class, but participants are encouraged to take breaks when needed and work at their own pace. Participants are also given variations for any of the more intense moves.
Class runs: Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.

This fantastic, gentle workout is a 30-minute class ideal for all participants. This hybrid class can be done seated or standing and is designed to get your body moving in the middle of the day.
